The consultant shall prepare deliverables including meeting agendas and minutes, data request logs, draft and final monitoring plans, local limits evaluation reports in both PDF and Word formats, and memos summarizing findings. Optional support tasks include presentations to an Independent Advisory Panel. The RFP advancement was withheld pending HR feedback by the close of business on February 17, 2026.

No specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, set-asides, or funding amounts are detailed in this compliance review email. The document serves primarily as internal correspondence confirming that the proposed consultant services do not fall within classifications requiring union notification under California's AB 339 requirements.
