About this file
This Statement of Work details requirements for software upgrades and maintenance services for Radformation software at the VA Pittsburgh Medical Center's Radiation Oncology Department. The contractor must provide software licensing, maintenance, upgrades, and support for ClearCheck, ClearCalc, AutoContour, ChartCheck, and EZFluence software on Eclipse workstations. Services include bi-annual workstation check-ins, treatment plan template setup, staff training, and help desk support with 1-hour callback response time during business hours (8AM-4PM Monday-Friday).
The associated Special Notice indicates VA Network Contracting Office 4's intent to sole source this contract to RF Technologies, Inc. under FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance is one base year with four one-year options. Interested vendors must submit capability statements by January 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST to eleanor.robbins@va.gov. The procurement falls under NAICS code 423430 with a size standard of 250 employees. While the Special Notice references a Code Alert Wander Management System for the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, this appears to be an error as the SOW clearly pertains to Radformation radiation oncology software.
