R-315195 Alton - Engineering Equipment and Supplies.xlsx

This is an equipment and supplies inventory list for the Alton Mental Health Center (AMHC) Engineering Building in Illinois, supporting a related environmental cleaning procurement opportunity. The document catalogs approximately 250 items staged throughout the building across five primary categories: carpentry equipment and materials, electrical supplies and components, HVAC equipment and parts, painting supplies, and plumbing and pipefitting materials. The carpentry inventory includes power tools such as drill presses, table saws, band saws, and sanders, along with fasteners, lumber, drywall, and hardware. The electrical inventory encompasses wiring of multiple gauges, switches, contactors, circuit breakers, motors, relays, and detection equipment. HVAC materials include pumps, air filters, refrigerant recovery equipment, boiler components, thermostats, and ductwork. The painting section details rollers, brushes, extension poles, various coatings and primers, drywall supplies, and texture equipment. Plumbing inventory lists pipe threaders, multiple types of piping materials, fittings, valves, water fountains, and various fixtures.

The inventory appears to have accumulated during the start of a Fire Alarm Project, with equipment from Pyramid Electric staged in the building. The items listed are those requiring removal and decontamination as part of the AMHC SP Environmental Cleaning procurement, where items have been exposed to asbestos and lead paint hazards. All equipment must be removed by a qualified vendor wearing appropriate personal protective equipment including Tyvek suits with booties, respirators with HEPA filters, and gloves. Items must be HEPA vacuumed or wet wiped outside the building prior to relocation to other campus locations. No pricing information, contract terms, award dates, or response deadlines are specified in this inventory document.
