About this file

This document is the Attachment A for a state and local contract opportunity from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) to replace the existing Gaseous Effluent Monitoring System (GEMS) Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) at the LaSalle Nuclear Generating Station. The requested UPS must be a 20KVA / 18KW double conversion, 3-phase, 208/120V AC system. The successful vendor must be manufacturer certified to perform initial startup and commissioning of the UPS on-site at the LaSalle facility. IEMA personnel will perform the equipment installation, and the vendor will complete the initial startup once the installation is finished.

The technical specifications outline the detailed requirements for the UPS, including input and output voltage, frequency, waveforms, efficiency, battery system, diagnostics, communications, certifications, and warranty. The contract also requires the vendor to provide 24/7 technical support. Pricing and funding details are not provided, but this appears to be a sole source contract opportunity without any set-asides or incumbent information.
