About this file
This document outlines a federal solicitation for security officer services. The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking proposals for security officer services throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam under the National Security Officer Services Program. Offerors may only propose as a prime contractor for one of four service areas and have the ability to pursue subcontracting opportunities in other areas. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price IDIQ with both fixed-price and cost-reimbursable CLINs, and a period of performance of one base year and four option years beginning September 30, 2022. Proposals are due by February 16, 2022 and are to be submitted electronically to the contracting officer. The solicitation involves streamlined competitive procedures and adequate competition is expected with at least two offers.
