About this file
This document is a Quote Form for a construction project related to the Waite Ranch Tree Tipping contract opportunity issued by the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians (CTCLUSI) in the state of Oregon, specifically in Coos County. The Contractor must complete this form in addition to the Quote Worksheet and submit it with the Quote Documents. The project requires the Contractor to furnish all machinery, tools, apparatus, materials, and labor necessary to complete the work by March 15, 2024 or as agreed upon with CTCLUSI. The Contractor further agrees to end all work with heavy equipment and haul trucks on or near NF-734 by February 30, 2024.
The Contractor will be compensated based on the unit prices included on the Quote Form, which the Contractor represents as a true measure of the labor and materials required to perform the work, including all allowances for overhead and profit. The Quote Form also includes standard contractual language related to the Contractor's declaration of fair and independent pricing, and the requirement to execute a Contract with CTCLUSI within five working days of notification of acceptance.
