About this file
This document is a Questions and Clarifications spreadsheet for the INL Santo Domingo 911 Camera Upgrade Phase II project (Solicitation Number 191NLE25Q3400). The solicitation involves procuring camera equipment for the Dominican Republic 911 system, with specific details about equipment delivery, warranty, and technical support. Key details include a phased delivery of cameras and SD cards between May and September, with partial billing authorized. The procurement covers camera equipment, pole mounts, and midspans, with remote technical support required in Spanish and a 4-hour response time for warranty issues.
The contract specifies that Axis will handle warranty replacements, shipping replacement units directly to the Dominican Republic 911 system at Axis's expense. The final delivery point is a freight forwarder in Doral, Florida (SUVI Global Services LLC), with the U.S. government responsible for subsequent transportation and customs clearance to the Dominican Republic. The solicitation is strictly for equipment procurement and does not include installation or on-site configuration services. The total equipment quantity includes 1,000 cameras, with specific serial numbers detailed in the annexes and support provided through Axis technical support.
