About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from LSU targeting potential vendors for an unspecified technology solution for the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). The RFI contains 12 detailed questions designed to assess vendor capabilities, including inquiries about off-the-shelf solutions, solution completeness, software modifications, recommended contract types, pricing models, NAICS codes, government contract vehicles, SAM registration, socioeconomic status, compliance with DOJ policy clauses, FedRamp certification, and local presence. The questions seek comprehensive insights into potential vendors' technical, operational, and administrative capabilities to support the agency's requirements, without disclosing specific project details or soliciting formal proposals.

4) What type of contract would you recommend for this requirement and why? Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, Labor Hours, a hybrid, etc? What mix of labor and/or materials would you find most beneficial?

6) What NAICS code (and SIN) do you recommend for a project like this to be most appropriate?
7) Is your firm represented in a Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) ie (GSA Schedule, SEWP, an open Government vehicle, IDIQ or BPA). If so, please provide contract #.
8) Are you registered in SAM (System for Award Management) and can you provide your unique ID.
9) What is your socioeconomic category, if any. If your firm is not on a GWAC, please provide your business size. Would you be subcontracting or part of a teaming agreement?
