About this file

This document contains questions and answers related to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Illinois Office of the Secretary of State for the printing of Disabilities Parking Placards. The IFB, numbered 23-350SOS-SOS35-B-33923, requests bids from qualified vendors for several versions of the placards. The document provides responses to questions regarding the last awarded price, acceptance of imported goods, one-time delivery, and obtaining samples or detailed photos of the required placards. Bidders are directed to review specific sections of the IFB document for further details on these topics.

The IFB outlines the State of Illinois' requirements for the Disabilities Parking Placards contract. While the document does not provide specifics on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, or funding sources, it emphasizes that all materials must meet the stated specifications and that data cannot be stored outside of the United States.
