About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document containing clarifications issued by the contracting officer regarding a federal contract solicitation.
The document addresses two inquiries from prospective offerors. The first clarification concerns Line Item 0002, which was questioned as to whether it designated the ODC (Offsite Development Center) as merely a training location or represented an additional five days of training at that location. The contracting officer confirmed that Line Item 0002 references the training location for the five-day training requirement. The second clarification addresses nomenclature, confirming that the acronym CAMEO stands for "Computer-Aided Model Engineering and Optimization" rather than any alternative interpretation. These clarifications provide essential guidance to offerors preparing proposals in response to the solicitation and ensure uniform understanding of the contract requirements across all bidders.
