Questions and Answers

Q: Is the bus drivable?

A: The bus is operational

Q: Do we have to fix on site, or can we transport van to our shop?

A: Depending on the location, we can transport it to the vendor without issue. If the vendor is beyond 100mi radius, the vendor would need to transport the vehicle to their shop and back, and include whatever additional costs in their bid.

Q: Is Subcontracting allowed for this Solicitation?

A: Yes.

Q: Are seatbelts desired in the new configuration?

A: Yes, the vehicle will require seatbelts. Also, if possible, we would like to reconfigure the existing seats in the vehicle. If that is not possible, then the new seats must include seatbelts.
