About this file

This document contains Questions and Answers related to the Surrey Bus Seat Conversion solicitation (FA468624Q0024) issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command.

The key details are:

  • The bus seats must be re-utilized and as many as possible reinstalled in a new orientation. The desired floor is non-slip and neutral/matte in color.
  • There is no designated workspace for the contractor, and the work can be performed at the contractor's location. The vehicle will be used on highways and may transport children, but it does not have shoulder seatbelts.
  • This is a Firm Fixed Price solicitation. The government acknowledges that the 14-calendar day timeline may need to be adjusted if the contractor encounters unknown issues during the work.
