About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation H92276-25-Q-0005 with questions due by February 21, 2025. Two questions were addressed: (1) Whether a case is required for the item, to which the government responded that no case is specified or expected but the product must arrive undamaged, and (2) Whether this is a new contract or if there is an incumbent, to which the government clarified it is a new standalone contract for a commodity, not a service.
The related federal contract opportunity (H92276-25-Q-0006) is for two Cisco Desk Pro VTC units (Part Number: CS-DESKPRO-NR-K9++, Compliance Model Number: TTC7-27) with no radio and TAA compliance for U.S. Government use, being procured by the United States Special Operations Command.

H92276-25-Q-0005 Questions DUE 21 February 2025:
Q. We were reviewing this RFQ and had a question. Our vendor sells this item with a hard case, a soft case, or no case. I don't see in the RFQ where any case is mentioned but I didn't want a case to be expected. Should I bid this with or without a hard or soft case?
A. No case was mentioned in the solicitation, so no case is expected. However, with or without a case, the product must get here undamaged.
Q. We are performing independent research on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (H9227625Q0005). We would like to know if this is a brand-new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
A. This is a new standalone contract for a commodity not a service.
