QUESTIONS & ANSWERS FOR BID

Department of Central Management Services Rebid JPMC Convenience Food Z4

21-416CMS-BOSS4-B-19941

The following questions were asked by vendor and this Question & Answer was created to address those questions.

Question 1: We want to make absolutely certain that the BEP companies are certified to sell us the products they are quoting to us. How do we cross check the NIGP codes a BEP vendor is certified for?

Answer: By inquiring on the BEP Diversity Compliance website. As this will allow you to search for vendors that are certified in specific NIGP codes. When a vendor gets their certification from BEP, they receive a letter as to what NIGP codes they have been approved for. The website for BEP Diversity Compliance is https://cms.diversitycompliance.com/

Question 2: Where is a master NIGP list – so we can check their certifications against that list?

Answer: You can verify the BEP Diversity Compliance website against their certification letter to ensure its accuracy. The website for BEP Diversity Compliance is https://cms.diversitycompliance.com/

Question 3: Regarding the contact register, we need more space than available on the document. May we submit an Excel Spread sheet with the information?

Answer: Regarding the Good Faith Effort contact register, you can make multiple copies of the good faith effort contact sheet to fulfil this section. This will avoid any confusion or questions.
