Q: item 5 is the State looking for another 1512 rolls of film above the 500,1000,1500 requested?

A: Item 5 is for an agency to order additional film over and beyond the reserve inventory. Whereas, item 3 is for restocking of the reserve inventory.

Q: Item 6 is confusing as the State is asking for a freight cost and we have always supplied a delivered price?

A: The one-time delivery costs associated to shipping this inventory to a new vendor is prepaid, item 6 will cover the delivery cost associated to then ship that reserve inventory to the State when requested. Bidders must enter a price for Line Item 6 to be considered responsive. However, Line Item 6 will not be evaluated.
