About this file
This document contains questions and answers related to a social media advertising campaign for the State of Illinois. The campaign will target Spanish and Polish speakers outside of the Chicago area using all social media platforms for a 10-week period. The campaign will leverage a pre-existing poster designed by the Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL). The social media campaign does not include a television component, despite the NIGP code listed. Vendors must be registered with the Illinois Secretary of State prior to submitting a bid, whether located in-state or out-of-state. Bids must be submitted via the BidBuy platform, and no on-site meetings are required. The campaign does not involve any translation or interpretation services, as the materials are already translated. The pricing should include the costs for media buys across the various social media platforms.
The scope of work and pricing details are outlined in the related state and local contract opportunity document. This opportunity is for the State of Illinois' FY24 Paid Leave Social Media Advertisement campaign. The campaign will run for 10 weeks, targeting Spanish and Polish speakers outside of the City of Chicago using existing creative assets across all social media platforms.
