About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL) for a social media advertising campaign targeting Spanish and Polish speakers outside of the Chicago area. The campaign will utilize pre-existing IDOL poster designs and run for 12 weeks across all social media platforms. The RFQ specifies a quantity of 10 weeks for the advertising. Vendors must submit their quotes via email or the BidBuy procurement system by the due date listed. The selected vendor must be able to provide all required services and offer the lowest price. IDOL reserves the right to reject all offers and cancel the contract up to 72 hours in advance.

The RFQ outlines pricing requirements, including the need for new products with a minimum 1-year warranty, no price increases, and all shipping/handling charges included. Vendors may attach a separate page describing their proposal. IDOL will only accept electronic submissions and has the right to reject any offer that fails to meet the requirements.
