About this file

The document is a design specification sheet for street banners in the Downtown Core of St. Petersburg, Florida, detailing precise technical requirements for banner construction and installation. The specifications outline a standard size banner configuration for pole mounting, specifically designed for the city's downtown area, with precise measurements and material requirements.

The technical specifications mandate a one-piece vinyl construction with specific material weight (at least 13 oz., equaling 26 oz. or more), digital printing using solvent UV-based ink with semi-gloss liquid laminate, and RF welding on all sides. Banners must be 24" wide, 88" long, with a 5" banner arm pocket, brass #3 grommets, and positioned 10 feet above grade. Additional requirements include rolling the banner with the arm pocket on the outside of the roll and using precise hem and grommet placement techniques. The document provides detailed diagrams showing exact measurements for Side A and Side B of the banners, ensuring uniform and consistent production for the city's street banner program.
