Register of Wage Determinations Under the Service Contract Act
This document is a Register of Wage Determinations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division, providing prevailing wage rates for service contract work in Tennessee counties (Cannon, Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Macon, Maury, Robertson, Rutherford, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson).
The wage determination (No. 2015-4647, Revision 31, effective 5/13/2026) establishes hourly wage rates and fringe benefits for over 200 occupational classifications across multiple service categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture repair, general services, health occupations, information technology, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, protective services, recreation, and transportation operations. Wage rates range from $10.89 per hour for assemblers and counter attendants to $46.78 per hour for air crew training device instructors and maintenance test pilots. All listed occupations receive a standard health and welfare benefit of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, $222.00 per week, or $962.00 per month), with a higher rate of $5.09 per hour ($203.60 per week or $882.27 per month) applicable to SCA-covered contracts also covered by Executive Order 13706. The document includes footnotes addressing computer employee exemptions, air traffic controller and weather observer night pay and Sunday pay differentials, hazardous materials pay differentials (8% and 4%), and uniform allowance requirements. Employees receive a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually and vacation accrual of two to four weeks depending on tenure.
