About this file

This document is a Quality Assurance Provisions document for an Anchoring Device, Cargo/Personnel with Part Number 11-1-886, dated 7 Oct 2014. The document details comprehensive inspection requirements for the product, including First Article Inspection (FAI), Conformance Inspection, and specific visual and dimensional examination criteria. The inspection process follows ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling standards, with an Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) of 1.0 for both visual and dimensional examinations.

The document provides a detailed Table I outlining potential nonconformities/defects across multiple product components, including webbing, construction, metal components, thread, stitching, workmanship, and identification/marking. Defects are classified as either major or minor, with specific criteria for rejection. The inspection process covers aspects such as material specifications, assembly completeness, dimensional tolerances, stitching quality, and overall workmanship. Any deviation from specified drawings, dimensions, or quality standards can result in rejection of the Anchoring Device Assembly.
