About this file
This Q&A document addresses bidder inquiries for Documented Quote DQ 2027-0141, a camera and accessories procurement for the South Colrado Correctional Facility (SCCF) in Colorado. The procurement involves cameras and related equipment with specifications detailed in the associated bid documents. Key clarifications provided include confirmation that ADI PRO 0E-CMP6BLR Cat6 plenum cable (blue) is acceptable as an equal to the specified OCC UE64PLM-05; correction of a typographical error on Exhibit D identifying "Dome" rather than "Done" for the MA9322-EHTV line item and clarifying that MA9311 V Series equipment is required. The document confirms that cable should be quoted in 1,000-foot boxes rather than on reels.
The procurement allows for partial awards by line item, meaning the contract may be split among multiple bidders. No specific pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, response deadlines, or award dates are identified in this Q&A document. The information provided focuses exclusively on technical specifications, product equivalencies, and packaging requirements to guide bidders in preparing accurate quotations.
