Q&A DQ1 2026-0437.pdf

This is a Question and Answer document related to a Colorado state and local contract opportunity (C26PP1) for picnic tables and benches at Rosemont Campground under the PMAA and SEPP programs. The solicitation requires bidders to provide pricing for 44 ADA-compliant picnic tables and 5 eight-foot benches, including delivery. A bidder inquiry regarding color specifications was addressed in this Q&A, clarifying that picnic table seats and tops shall be available in brown, tan, or green with black legs, while bench seats and backs shall also be available in brown, tan, or green with black legs. Final color selections will be determined following contract award, allowing bidders to quote standard colors if preferred.

No additional pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding sources, or other salient contractual details are specified in this Q&A document. The response indicates flexibility in the bidding process by permitting contractors to propose standard colors initially, with final selections to be made post-award, thereby streamlining the bidding timeline while maintaining specification compliance.
