About this file
This document is a Questions & Answers document for a Creative Services RFP (RFP 8.15.24) issued by the Detroit Transportation Corporation. The RFP seeks creative services with a contract term of one and a half years, and bidders are provided clarification on multiple aspects of the solicitation, including proposal requirements, interviews, work samples, and references. Key details include that out-of-state bidders are allowed, interviews may be in-person or virtual, and the proposal must be valid for 120 days. Bidders are instructed to provide pricing/rates for items listed in the scope of work and submit visual work samples as part of their evaluation.
The Q&A document addresses several critical bidding concerns, such as business licensing (which can be obtained after award for out-of-state bidders), proposal content (pricing and evaluation criteria information), and reference requirements. The agency is flexible on reference locations, accepting references from any geographic area as long as they demonstrate similar work with public agencies. The contract's estimated value and specific quantity details are not explicitly stated, but bidders are advised to provide hourly rates and pricing for the listed items. The project will be awarded after a comprehensive evaluation of submitted responses, with the specific award date not predetermined.
