About this file

This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) addendum for Solicitation 2025-AMB-001, issued by Logan County for Ambulance Service Billing and Debt Recovery Services in Colorado. The document addresses two specific questions from a potential vendor (Digitech) regarding software access and proposal submission methods. The first question seeks clarification about access to image trend billing software, and the second inquires about the possibility of uploading proposals electronically via BidNetDirect.

Logan County EMS responded that they will provide free access to the Electronic Patient Care Report (ePCR) software, currently using Image Trend Elite. If a third-party software is used, the contractor is responsible for obtaining compatible software and paying for any necessary integration (such as Billingbridge by Image Trend). Additionally, the Request for Proposal (RFP) has been updated to accept proposal submissions through BidNetDirect as an alternative to physical mail, providing more flexibility in the proposal submission process.
