1. Can you please provide a copy of the last 2 Health Inspections?
Answer: We received confirmation from the Health Department that there are no prior inspections on record. The Health Department does not have jurisdiction to inspect State owned facilities.
2. We have researched on the DPBR website and cannot locate an existing restaurant or food service license of any kind FDOT District 5 Cafeteria address. We have also called them just to double check we are not seeing it in just the search. However, they have no record of any restaurant or Food Service licences or prior inspections of any kind for that address or under the current restaurants/vendors name.
Is there an existing Restaurant Seating/ Food Service license for this location?
If so, can you please provide a copy of it?
Answer: There is not a Restaurant Seating/ Food Service license.
3. If not, it would be impossible to get one in the 20 day set up time allotted in the RFP. In order to open legally, would the time to open then be extended to allow for proper inspections and the securing of proper licensing?
Answer: The Department is willing to work with the incoming Vendor in regard to initial set up time.
