About this file

This document is a set of Questions and Answers related to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Cape Blanco Runway and Electrical Rehabilitation (Re-bid) project in Curry County, Oregon. The project is being managed by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and involves the rehabilitation of the runway and electrical systems at the Cape Blanco airport. The ITB allows contractors to submit clarifying questions, to which ODOT has provided responses covering topics such as trench width, equipment building size, stored materials, conduit placement, tower requirements, working days, trench patching, and the availability of a soils report and water on site. The project has a Substantial Completion requirement of 90 days after the Notice to Proceed.

The ITB indicates that ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to perform the required work. Pricing terms, set-asides, and funding details are not provided in the document. The document does not mention any incumbent contractors or the current project environment.
