Information Technology Branches and work areas. Additionally, the administrative area will consist of a conference room, break room, restrooms, and a printer/supply room.
b. Mountain Peak Pet Spa: The build out of this 750 SF area should support water and wastewater access for two large pet wash tubs, a cubicle for a concessionaire, storage, and double door access to the space.
c. Mountain Peak Rentals and Leisure: This approximately 1,000 SF area serves three purposes: recreational rentals, leisure travel services and a small store to purchase last minute camping items and souvenirs. The build out should include two points of access from the outside of the building; one adjacent to the
Mountain Peak Pet Spa and the other from the general access approach to the main building. This area should include a bar height counter to conduct rentals and sales and a cubicle for leisure travel services.
d. Mountain Peak Place: This area includes approximately 5,500 SF of activity space to be constructed with NAF. There are two main areas associated with
Mountain Peak Place. These areas will host an array of creative and innovative endeavors to be designed by a qualified A&E firm including but not limited to an augmented climbing wall, a ropes course, a suspended zip line, virtual reality gaming, challenge activities, arcade games, miniature golf, ticket sales and prizes area, and a concession kitchen.
