About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details catered meal services for the Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The contract aims to award approximately 15 BPAs to maximize meal coverage across multiple locations in Oklahoma, including cities like Ada, Altus, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and training sites such as Camp Gruber and Fort Chaffee. The 36-month ordering period requires contractors to provide full-service catered meals for military training events and missions.

Meal requirements include specific standards for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with each meal type mandating minimum quantities of proteins, sides, breads, fruits, and beverages. Contractors must meet strict food safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines, including employing personnel with food handler permits, maintaining proper food temperatures, and following Tri-Service Food Code standards. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 722320 (Caterers), with meals to be priced on a per-meal basis and evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Contractors will be responsible for providing all necessary dining equipment, serving utensils, and related supplies.
