About this file

Attachment 2 is a template for a List of Aircraft for a federal contract opportunity related to North Warning System (NWS) Heavy Fixed-Wing Airlift/Transportation Services. The document provides a structured table for contractors to detail specific aircraft characteristics, including tail numbers, passenger seat capacity, empty weight, maximum gross take-off weight, fuel burn rate, range, and maximum payload. The template requires contractors to list aircraft that are either owned or controlled by the company and capable of performing the contract. All aircraft must be equipped and approved for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations, and any additions or deletions to the aircraft list during the contract period must be approved by the Contracting Officer and technically reviewed by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and AMIC/Det 1.
