About this file

This attachment to the T56 PWS details the CEMS (Contractor Environmental Management System) Access and Security Check Process for new contractors not located on Tinker Air Force Base. The document outlines a multi-step security clearance procedure requiring contractors to complete several mandatory forms and training:

Key steps include: (1) Submitting AF IMT 2583 and fingerprints (FD 258 form) for a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) and Credit Check, (2) Obtaining Air Force Portal access through DD Form 2875, (3) Completing Information Awareness/Information Protection training, and (4) Submitting a Non-Disclosure Statement. The process requires contractors to input personal information online, undergo security investigation, and obtain a "Favorable" NACI status. Once all requirements are met, the CEMS PMO will create a contractor account within approximately 24 hours and send access instructions via email.
