SBT22 Annual, In-depth Inspection Report This report is used to record the detailed inspection and conditions of the SBT22 facilities, including: the Combat Training Tank (swimming pool); the HydroWorx therapy pool (cold tank); the associated aquatics facilities equipment; and the systems and components associated with the pool support mechanical building. Information contained in this report is considered a private record of SBT22 and contains details of observations and recommendations (actions) that can prolong the life and reliability of the SBT22 aquatics facilities.

In-depth Inspection Report – Inspector comments This area to be used by the inspector to provide an overall, written summary of the in-depth inspection results. The inspector shall provide a short description of any noted action that requires immediate attention; also those actions that should be corrected within the next 30 days; then any other actions that can be accomplished through routine visits. Observations of actions taken during the year - indicating positive or beneficial results - are important to reinforce the concept of best practices.
