· Methods and alternatives for accomplishing work
· Definition and refinement or requirements
· Scope of work
· Requirements for plans, sketches, shop drawings, etc.
· Preliminary quantities
1.2.3. Project Validation: Upon completion of the site visit and if required, the Government will provide an updated/amended call order PWS to concerned BPA Contractor(s), detailing any changes deemed necessary during the site visit. The Contractor shall then prepare a detailed quote in accordance with the call order for submission to 55th CONS within three (3) business days of the site visit using the CO approved price list (Appendix 2).
