About this file

This document contains two Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and related Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) for a federal contract opportunity.

The CDRL L001 defines the requirements for submitting invoices, open commitments reports, and other related financial reports on a monthly basis. The CDRL L002 defines the requirements for submitting various program reports, including reports on government-furnished and contractor-acquired property, CDLS inventory, CDLS order and receipt information, task order status, and obsolete parts management.

The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for Contractor Depot Logistics Support (CDLS) for General National Airspace System (GNAS) Static Transfer Switch (STS) Support. The incumbent contractor is L3 Harris Maritime Power & Energy Solutions INC, and the FAA intends to pursue a single-source award to the incumbent to avoid a gap in services. The FAA is seeking to determine if a competitive environment exists, and is requesting capability statements, programmatic approaches, and rough order of magnitude pricing from interested vendors by July 28, 2024.
