About this file
This document is an addendum to the Request for Proposal (RFP) PW1172-22 for a Campground Management and Reservation System (CMRS) issued by Marion County, Oregon. The RFP seeks a cloud-based SaaS CMRS that meets the county's requirements for reservation scheduling, reservation management, reporting, and payment processing. The addendum provides responses to ten questions from prospective offerors, clarifying that companies from outside the USA can apply, tasks can be performed remotely, and proposals must be submitted via email. The county expects approximately 10,000 reservations annually, with a current annual revenue of $30,000 that is anticipated to grow to $500,000 as more campground amenities are brought online.
The county has a flexible budget planned around $25,000 annually for the CMRS service, including all licensing and reservation fees. The RFP is seeking both implementation and licensing, as the county requires 6-10 user accounts for Parks and 2-3 user accounts for IT.
