About this file
This is a Statement of Work for the renewal of an Enterprise Software License Agreement (ESLA) between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, and Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions (MEIDS), dated 23 March 2026.
USACE requires procurement of Iconics Genesis 64 software application and its associated SupportWorx software support plan for the Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) Facilities Operations Service Directorate (FOSD). Genesis 64 is a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) application used by facility engineers to monitor, control, trend, and provide graphical representation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment. The software delivers 3D graphical renderings of HVAC components with animation capabilities, allows program modifications and user-defined data point manipulation, and plots trends and status data from integrated systems. The software is the primary front-end application for the Facilities Related Control System (FRCS) and Building Automation System and requires annual ESLA renewal for the duration of the FRCS Maintenance and Support Contract.
Key requirements specify that MEIDS must provide FOSD access to a self-service portal allowing FOSD representatives to directly access the Iconics Web Licensing Utility portal to manage covered licenses without additional approvals. Licenses are registered to specific computer servers and activated via license keys; upon conclusion of the ESLA period, unactivated software will be removed from access. The software licenses granted under the ESLA are perpetual licenses per Iconics standard license agreement and are limited to software installed, licensed, and operating within the WHS location. Administrative points of contact include Project Manager Nicole Warren (Lisa.L.Williams@usace.army.mil), Contracting Officer William G. Seelmann Jr. (William.G.Seelmann@usace.army.mil), and Technical Engineer Brandon Hicks (Brandon.Hicks@usace.army.mil).
