About this file
This is a signature page appendix from the Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) Request for Qualifications (RFQ No. 26-15426-001) to procure public equity investment advisory services. The document serves as the execution page for respondents to the RFQ and requires authorized representatives of qualified firms to provide signatures, printed names, titles, and dates of submission. The signature page indicates this is part of a formal procurement process for investment advisory services related to public equities, though specific details regarding quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidders' meetings, award dates, and contract terms are not contained within this appendix.
The signature page does not contain information regarding pricing terms, set asides, incumbent contractors, funding requirements, or other financial details. As an appendix designed solely for execution purposes, this document functions as a procedural component of the larger RFQ package and does not independently establish the substantive terms, conditions, or requirements of the procurement.
