The State seeks qualified operators to lease and manage a newly renovated 6,764-square-foot restaurant facility featuring a modernized interior with commercial kitchen, two dining areas, a bar area, meeting space, and outdoor dining accommodations. The facility attracts approximately 1.8 million visitors annually and 700,000 vehicles entering the property each year.
