About this file
This document is a Purchase Request for IT/Telecom Goods and Services from the State of Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT). The request is for various tools, including an aluminum folding hand truck, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, flashlights, a rubber mallet, and other equipment to support the Wintel Infrastructure hardware team in installing and operating servers at the State's CCF and other sites. The total estimated value of the initial term is $305. The requested goods are to replace aging and broken tools currently used by the infrastructure team.
The economic justification for this procurement is that without these tools, the infrastructure team will continue to use whatever means are available to install and support the servers across the state. This is a new initiative to replace outdated equipment, and no previous procurements of these specific items have been made. The procurement will be funded through the State Revolving Fund Service Center Code 33430.
