Performance Requirements Summary (PRS)

Para. 1.1 The contractor shall publish at least one
(1) episode per month up to 10 episodes per year.
Publish one (1) fully reviewed and edited episode by the 5th of each month with promotional assets, integrated supporting music, and description and show notes. Edit work as requested.
Timely publication with industry standard quality.

Poorly produced episodes will result in the contractor needing to redo the episode at the contractor’s cost.
Para. 1.2 The contractor shall distribute the episodes via RSS feed to major podcast directories (at least Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Pandora, Google Podcasts, and Stitcher)
Ensure the seamless distribution of episodes with quality control of audio and text prior to distribution.
Immediate distribution at time of publication.

Records will be kept to track performance trends.
Para. 1.3 The contractor shall generate assets for promotional use
Include custom show art, promotional graphics per episode, audiogram per episode, and full episode transcriptions.
