About this file

This document outlines the mandatory requirements for proposal submissions, specifying six key categories that must be addressed. Vendors must provide a detailed Scope of Work explaining the proposed solution's methodology, including a conceptual drawing with specifics on conduit, j-hook, TR location, and drop location. The proposal must include a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) with manufacturer details, part numbers, quantities, and pricing, as well as a labor breakdown showing job titles, work hours, hourly rates, and associated costs. Additionally, proposals must include a total cost summary covering shipping, potential rental expenses, and miscellaneous charges, and clearly identify the final deliverables expected from the project.
