About this file
This is a Product Specifications document from the 766 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron detailing requirements for a flying hours and fuel transaction management program for the 15th Operations Support Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
The software system must be an Air Force System of record that can be accessed from multiple workstations and interface with the Centralized Access for Data Exchange (CAFDEx) Suite. Key requirements include real-time command-wide information sharing, centralized data import validation, automatic anomaly detection with alerts, historical action tracking, support for multiple document formats, Common Access Card (CAC) signing capabilities, and fleet-level reconciliation features. The system must maintain transaction history, allow email attachments, identify errors between financial systems and DLA, manage business rules for alerts and statuses, and track Business System Modernization-Energy (BSM-E) help tickets. The software must provide an intuitive interface for quick onboarding and enable sharing of unified data across Unit & Command levels.
