About this file

This document is an amendment to a prior procurement notice issued by the Illinois Central Management Services Bureau of Strategic Sourcing regarding COVID-19 requirements for certain state contractors. The amendment updates the notice to reflect the latest Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23, which supersede the previous Executive Order 2021-20 and extend the date by which contractors must become vaccinated. All state agencies are required to include the updated COVID-19 protections clause in their solicitations, regardless of procurement method, including those currently published on the BidBuy procurement platform. The contract opportunity referenced is for FY23-26 Mail Opening Machine Maintenance & Support Service for four machines located at the Illinois Department of Revenue in Springfield, Illinois, serving Sangamon County.

The solicitation does not provide details on pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other commercial terms. It focuses solely on outlining the updated COVID-19 requirements for state contractors.
