About this file

This is a pricing table for the County of Solano's Fleet Operations Division establishing countywide towing services rates exclusively for county-owned vehicles and equipment. The pricing structure encompasses five service categories: light-duty tows with base hook charges and per-mile rates; medium-duty tows for Class 3-6 vehicles; heavy-duty tows for Class 7-8 vehicles and equipment; recovery and labor services available 24 hours, 7 days per week including vehicle recovery, winching, roadside service labor, and waiting time after the first 15 minutes; and authorized storage options for both outdoor secure and indoor facilities. All mileage calculations are measured from the disabled vehicle's location to the Fleet Corporation Yard at 3255 N. Texas Street, Fairfield, CA 94533, unless otherwise directed by Fleet Operations. The light-duty and medium-duty tow services include the first five miles in the base hook charge, with additional mileage billed separately.

The pricing table establishes unit prices for each service line item, though specific dollar amounts are not populated in the document provided. The contract explicitly restricts pricing application to county-owned vehicles and equipment managed by Fleet Operations, and prohibits the use of vendor dispatch or storage locations, public rotation services, private party pricing, or non-county vehicle pricing under this contract. Recovery and labor services are available on a per-hour basis, with waiting time charged after an initial 15-minute grace period. Storage services are offered only when authorized by Fleet Operations, with separate rate structures for outdoor secure and indoor storage options charged on a per-day basis.
