About this file

The file is a Pricing Sheet for the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC), specifically for Vegetation Management Consulting and Inspection Services in Florida. The document outlines hourly rates for various professional roles including Arborists, Foresters, Certified Arborists, Urban Foresters, and Expert Witness Testimony. The pricing schedule covers standard hourly rates and overtime rates, with a requirement for a 2-hour orientation class at the Pershing office location prior to each electric utility distribution/transmission vegetation inspection cycle. OUC will reimburse vendors for orientation class hours but not travel to and from the class.

The pricing sheet indicates that hourly rates are comprehensive, including overhead costs, background checks, per diems, lodging, equipment, supplies, computers, mileage, and tolls. OUC considers 40 hours per week as a standard crew work schedule, with any hours beyond that requiring written approval. A mobilization fee is included for crew travel to and from the OUC system, which will be reimbursed once per inspection cycle. The document does not specify total contract value, but provides a detailed breakdown of potential billable hours and associated costs for various professional vegetation management and consulting services.
