About this file

This is a pricing schedule template for nonpersonal Internal Medicine Physician services at NNMC (presumably Northern Navajo Medical Center). The schedule requires pricing for 160 hours per month at an all-inclusive regular/overtime hourly rate, plus a separate standby rate. This is a Buy Indian set-aside opportunity (solicitation #75H71025Q000063) issued by the Indian Health Service under HHS.

The pricing must be all-inclusive of labor, fringe benefits, transportation, per diem, supervision, housing, and all applicable federal/state/local taxes. While 160 hours per month is estimated, actual orders may vary and this will not constitute grounds for price adjustments. Contractors must provide their signature, date, and UEID number on the pricing schedule. The solicitation seeks one Internal Medicine Physician position and is specifically set aside for Buy Indian Small Businesses (ISBEE) under the Buy Indian Act.
