About this file

This is a contract line item (CLIN) pricing table for a lightning protection system upgrade and acceptance testing project at Building 1825. The contract consists of three line items totaling three separate efforts, each priced as a single unit (EA).

CLIN 0001 covers mobilization activities. CLIN 0002 addresses the upgrade work, specifically upsizing overhead wires to comply with NFPA 780 Chapter 8 standards and repairing a small quantity of frayed cable. The third line item, also designated CLIN 0002, requires comprehensive acceptance testing of the lightning protection system (LPS) at Building 1825 in accordance with UFC (Unified Facilities Criteria) standards. The acceptance testing scope includes identifying and inspecting all test points for ground system connections and bonds, providing a sketch with identified test points, testing each grounding system connection or bond, recording resistance measurements on test forms, submitting completed test forms to the Government, and providing a UL Lightning Protection Certificate certified to NFPA 780 Chapter 8 standards. Unit prices and total contract amount fields are blank in this document, indicating this is a pricing template awaiting cost proposals.
