About this file

This is a pricing page for Fire Protection Equipment Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair services issued by West Virginia through WVOASIS under RFQ WEH2600000006. The solicitation requests comprehensive fire protection services including annual inspections of 70 fire extinguishers, quarterly inspections of wet sprinkler systems and antifreeze loops, semi-annual inspections of fire alarm systems, range hood exhaust cleaning, wet ansul fire suppression systems, annual inspections of four backflow preventers, and annual testing of 121 detector heads. The pricing page also covers corrective maintenance services at three different rate structures: regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday), after-hours (5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday), and weekend and holiday rates. Contract award will be based on the lowest annual grand total cost submitted by qualified vendors.

Bidders must provide unit prices for each service line item and establish firm hourly rates for corrective maintenance work that will remain constant for the life of the contract, with travel expenses included in the quoted rates. A parts mark-up based on an estimated $3,000 annual parts budget is required, calculated by multiplying the bidder's percentage mark-up by the base amount and adding the result to $3,000. The contract is structured as an open-end agreement where quantities listed are approximations, and actual quantities ordered may be more or less than estimated. Vendors must submit their authorized representative's signature, contact information, and remit-to address with their bid response.
