About this file

This document is a section of a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) for Maternal Child Health (MCH) training services. The RFP outlines the pricing format and requirements for a 3-year initial term and a 2-year renewal option. The services include classroom training, online training, WIC help desk, distance learning webcasts, and an annual WIC conference. Offerors must submit pricing in the specified format, and all pricing is firm. DHS will approve and reimburse the actual costs for training and conference-related supplies, equipment, and services.

The pricing section also includes details on discounts for prompt payment, tax exemptions, and the formula for determining renewal pricing. Offerors must provide their total pricing for the initial 3-year term and the 2-year renewal option based on the rates and quantities specified in the RFP. This is a standalone pricing submission and does not require a technical proposal.
