About this file
This document is a pricing explanation for the ABCC Scanning and Conversion RFQ issued by an unspecified agency or jurisdiction. The RFQ requests pricing for both on-site and off-site scanning services, with the option to include pricing for off-shore indexing. The pricing format should include per-page rates for image-only, black-and-white and color scanning, as well as an hourly rate for preparation. Bidders are required to provide detailed explanations of how they will ensure data security if considering off-shore indexing, as sending documents off-shore in their entirety is unacceptable.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for the "ABCC Digitizing or License Records" project, issued by the state of Massachusetts. No additional details are provided about the scope, timeline, or other requirements of this contract opportunity.

ABCC Scanning and Conversion RFQ
The following is an example of how we would like the price response to be formatted. You should include two responses – one for on-site scanning and one for off-site scanning.
If you are considering off-shore indexing, please include pricing for that along with a detailed explanation of how you will assure us that the data will be kept secure (i.e. using technologies that parse individual fields, snippets of data within a multiple word field, or several de-identified fields. Sending documents off-shore in their entirety is unacceptable).
