About this file
This is a Price Schedule for the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (HAVO) Eruption Debris Cleanup Phase II solicitation (140P8226Q0052). The price schedule requires offerors to provide fixed prices for a Base Requirement and three options, with all costs including labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, water, supplies, overhead, and profit. The work scope encompasses four primary tasks: removing volcanic debris and pressure washing roofs, gutters, and photovoltaic/solar panels; pressure washing building exteriors; removing volcanic debris from paved and concrete surfaces; and removing volcanic debris from turf areas across 43 locations throughout Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, including buildings such as the Ohia Wing Garage, multiple Q-numbered structures, Uekahuna Restroom, Nahuku Restroom, B-numbered buildings, and various visitor facilities (Iki Lua, Kilauea Overlook Lua, Devastation Lua, Green House, Potting Shed, and Herbicide Building).
Critical to the pricing submission is that offerors must account for all costs associated with providing and transporting water at three locations—Iki Lua, Kilauea Overlook Lua, and Devastation Lua—where government-furnished water is unavailable. The price schedule establishes task totals for each of the four line items and a total evaluated price combining the Base Requirement with all three options, though the government notes that option exercise is not obligatory. This procurement is managed by the Department of Interior National Park Service.
